I came home from a tiring day at work and was looking for a a recipe that would help me use up the produce in my refrigerator and that would be quick to put together. This southwest skillet recipe was the perfect find! It tasted amazing and was very versatile. I served it over rice with a side of avacados for dinner and ate the leftovers the next day as dip with tortilla chips. I will definitely be passing along this recipe to all my family and friends.

Broccoli Cheese Soup
Made this for lunch yesterday and it was an instant hit! It was even a hit with my almost 4 year old picky eater. He finished his ENTIRE bowl and even ate the carrot and broccoli chunks (he thought it was cheese though). He wanted more soup for dinner too. Definitely going to make it again! Thanks for the great quick recipe!
Murtabak (Malaysian Stuffed Bread)
I tried this out for the first time last night. It turned out great! My toddler took one bite and said uhmmmm delicious. I had this with Siracha sauce….it really hit the spot! Definitely will be making this again!
